Tobias & West provide Structural Property Condition Assessments for buildings and other structures requested. This is a detailed inspection that documents structural concerns or non-conformances and recommends repairs regarding structural condition of property based upon the current ASTM industry standard.
The general condition of the structural frame and foundation including floor framing and support conditions are examined according to the structural and architectural plans. A report is submitted classifying the overall condition of the structure based upon the age and level of repairs required. Recommendations concerning specific structural issues with future potential financial risk or liability are analyzed and immediate as well as long-term repairs are explained to the client.
